[Flashy NLR]

hi there, im new to the game and im not sure if im missing somthing.

I just bought a mech with c-bills, the catapult and it is not showing up anywhere in the mech bay or hanger,

It says i have it in my inventory, but no where else.

any idea as to what is happening?

Make sure you have the "heavy" tab open and either "owned" or "both" selected at the top of the page.

Other than that, no clue

ive through all of the tabs and all the options, and nothing. is kinda frustrating.

Double check to make sure you have "own" and "Innersphere" turned on. Then go to the heavy tab and it should be there.

You can also try exiting the game and rebooting and trying again.

If it still isn't there, contact support would be my best guess.

ive done all of that and t not there at all, i guess ill try support

Post here the screenshot of your mech select screen, with all the top panel options visible, we'll identify the problem if it's there. I don't think anybody ever had a bug eating mechs bought for c-bills...

here is my garage, inventory says i own the CLPT-C4, second image shows a port slot being used up. with all options open, my CLPT-C4 is nowhere, all that is there is a CLPT-C1 trial.

Hm that's odd.
Only thing that may help:
Change the filter to "Trials" only and then back to "Both" or "Owned".
Maybe it shows another filter than it is showing.

yeah, ive been trying that, also re-logging a few times. i took this to support. I dont want to try buying anything else untill this is resolved.

On rare occasions, players have had things get corrupted in the database but Support can fix them. Maybe that happened here.

Try deselecting "Champion", "Hero" and "Special", what happens then?

ballimbo has your fix. with the special/hero/champion buttons lit, all you would see is your special/hero/champion mechs. all have to be deselected to see regular mechs.

Not 100% sure, but I think they are. Because otherwise, you wouldn't see any Trials (which are Champion 'Mechs themselves), when you look at that screen as a beginner (without own 'Mechs / for the first time).
So those Filters are indeed a bit tricky to "balance" them... oh, even the balancing of buttons does become an issue nowadays

You might want to exit the game, start the patcher and run the MWO Repair tool.

Ok yeah, that worked. Seems odd that your onw mech woulnt not show up by default.
