Took a fee weeks off MWO. Surprised to find my account injected with all sorts of goodies when I returned. The steam launch is quickly approaching and this gives me goosebumps. Im hoping it's for the better. For the future of MWO is in the hands of not just PGI but the players as well. I salute all of the Pilots who have been here since day 1. You have seen great battles and endless nights of screaming at your computer in joy and in agony.
I took a week off because I just got into a new relationship with one foxy babe. My interest in MWO has been at a minimum. So I took a chance and decided to let her know I like video games. I was expecting a sigh or shrug or even a laugh. Because let's face it...were all a bunch of nerds when it comes to MWO.
So I opened my laptop and pulled up MWO. I showed it to her. She looked me in eyes gave me a kiss and said "Can I create an account. I want to play".
I have never been so turned on in my life.

Yeah im a lucky man. To find a beautiful woman to share this with. I'm 25 she is 21. Can't believe I found someone like this. I was getting tired of the bar scene. Hell, were getting ready to both play MWO right now. She got used to the assaults and wants to purchase a king crab. While I'm over here sucking in the assaults. I'm good in light and medium mechs. It's funny when your gf can pilot an assault way better than you can.
Best thing happened. She was playing last night and I came home from work to find her on my laptop screaming at the game. I wondered why she was so upset. So I looked. She had been drinking a little and was playing on Viridian Bog. She kept getting stuck on tree trunks and crevices. LOL

She has never played Fallout. But she is an avid Skyrim fab. So I'm guessing she would love fallout
