We need to be able to record games into a textfile, that can be played back with the client for later recording. This would allow us to share games (Solaris Champions Series woo!) with very low bandwidth requirements, and see the whole game rather than a singular point of view. This would be great for player fanvids too.
To prevent cheating of any type the file could be optionally downloaded after the game during the scoreboard. This way its not interfering with gameplay bandwidth either.
