Gentlemen,

The second battle of Tukayyid and the end of a glorious Season 2 of CW is upon us!

This time, things might be different.

While Clan Wolf and her -MS- allies hustled greatly during the last event, this recent patch change might just be the thing the IS needs to triumph. IS mechs are tanky as all hell, and now have the weapons to match. The field is finally, and arguably, fairer than it has ever been. Assuming the numbers game is removed from the equation

And remember last season? The entire week's worth of battles came down to the final few hours with a down to the wire finish. Dat [redacted] was close.

So, here is the challange for all those Loyal to the Inner Sphere.

Can you heroes stop the mighty [redacted] that is coming in the form of Clan Wolf and her Merc Allies?

It turns out Money Speaks. With well over a quarter Billion C-Bills being spent hiring out the best Merc Houses money can buy, Wolf is laying its cards on the table.

The IS have nearly every advantage, including the turrets, who, lets be honest, are the greatest pilots ever. After the Drop Ships of course

Clan Wolf gets the mighty 228th, MercStar and her allies, and quite likely KCom and a few other choice units.

Things are about to get juicy.

The entire Inner Sphere needs you to take up arms!

Last time I checked IS XL still goes boom with side torso, Clan Gauss was still 3 tons lighter, Clan DHS heat dissipation BUFFED?!? Are we going to hold back the tide with the newly broken blackjacks?

I guess this message was to the loyalist units. While I can't speak for the space vikings I think they will be just fine, don't know about the others.

My unit don't care about money (which you can't use) or rewards. We go where the fight goes.
I think it will be a pleasure to kick your ass in the upcoming event. I know it'll be a good fight with Merc Star. Good luck and good hunting. I'll be gunning for you

Big -MS- tip of the hat to our FRR friends.

You were our second choice for this event. I thought it would be pretty epic to take back the big Tuk for FRR. That and Mech the Dane and Isengrim have done an epic job reorganizing the frr Hub into the finest fighting force in the Sphere. It would have been a pleasure fighting beside you guys.

Sadly, Wolf pays better and the brutal queue imbalance with regards to wait times was the nail in the coffin for our decision.

The FRR hub was actually very fun to drop on during our unit's short time with FRR.

I can probably speak for OLD on this, but we'd prefer to be lining up against MS for events. You're unit has always fought honorably against us. Millions of times better than many units who'd prefer to just try to rush past and try to gen rush, pretty boring shooting the legs off of mechs that don't even fire back.

We like ya, but would rather fight you. Also remind Tom Sawyer that he is a marked man! XD

I like the sentiment of the post and the line up of merc units going Clan Wolf is impressive but it seems that CW Beta 1 had much better trash talk. Damn it, I'll hate myself in the morning for typing this but.....I miss NKVA.

Gonna go shower the dirty off me. I don't know if I'll ever be clean again.

Here's the problems with you and you keep re-posting that.

1. Its not far removed from violating name and shame policies.
2. At least 80% of the names listed as "Admiral" afkers with no unit tag are in fact fairly active members of MS.
3. None of these players has been banned to our knowledge, and it would have been ridiculously simple for PGI to run quick IP checks to confirm if something like this was actually happening.

4. Snowflake pugs dc all the time in CW instead of actually participating in the match.
