Just a quick (or maybe not so much, depending on how many posts it takes to gather a compendium) question... What are ALL of the default Function Key assignments on MWO? I need to know so I can watch out with any possible remaps I could ever do.

Unfortunately Jack the Rippers picture is outdated,
according to the current ingame key mapping screen the only F keys used are:
F1 (show default key mappings)
F3, first/thrid persion view toggle, that was changed from F4 because many people use Alt for push to talk, resulting in many accidental alt F4 closes of Mechwarrior Online

no other Function keys are used by default, and those 2 can easily be remapped if you want (I have unbound those and use F1-F8 for various things)

F9 will show your position, ping and FPS, or the position of the mech you're observing.

Also, one of the higher F keys (F11 maybe) will toggle HUD on/off.

Ever since the last patch f9 does nothing on my game.
Has it been changed?

@ Everyone -- Thank you for the info so far, I appreciate it. I'll have to check out that "Right Shift + F11" combo for the HUD and see if it works for me. Please keep the info coming, as I would like to complete a compendium of knowledge for reference here! :D

F9 for FrameRate/Position/Ping still works for me... make sure your keyboard is set such that Function Keys are enabled, if it has such a toggle like some keyboards have.
