Do I email it to them?

Anyways.. I have noticed this twice, this is a repeatable bug:

Your unit changes faction. Say FRR

You start a CW group. Someone from your unit logs in, but the last time they logged in your unit had no faction. They still show up as Merc to me (group leader) but to them they are FRR.

I can't invite them to a CW group, because they are a different faction (even though same unit)

I have to restart the game, which updates their faction association on my screen, I can then invite them to a CW group

Now I don't play CW enough, do you always have to be in the same faction to form a group? Maybe this post is only relevant to this event then
