Rather than go through a lengthy and boring description of swapping 3 cards and trying old drivers, etc I'll get right to it.
If you have these video errors and it persists across different cards and drivers..... Try checking your memory sticks.
In my case I had a couple of sticks with some sort of problem within them. I have no clue what it is, but, when I removed them and went back down to 4 Gigs on 2 sticks the video problems disappeared.
I was also able to jack up a good amount of my graphic quality settings as well and retain fps across multiple matches not just for the first 5 minutes of the first match!!
If you have an extra set of sticks handy, try swapping existing sticks with new ones.(Be sure their Voltages and mHz match)
I hope this helps anyone who has been ripping their hair out due to matches that crash right after the enemy comes into view! Or anyone at all, really....
Good luck,
