The other day one of the Christmas songs mentioned ghost stories for Christmas. When I thought about it, the story of Scrooge is a ghost story. Don't know about any others however.

Not many ghost related Christmas stuff out there at least that I can think of. Buuuuuut there is plenty of horror to be had just look up Krampus or the Yule lads.
