Hahaha...attention to detail is a big thing in Asia. Maybe not so much in Canada...

Heard of Google Translate? Still hard to read, though: https://translate.go...t-text=&act=url

Oh...I thought he was referring to some PGI MWO guide I've never seen before. You know...the one that explains ghost heat with numbers and all.

I'd be as well off just looking at the pictures in the original I think.

I think he just made a general statement about PGI's attention to detail.

Which, outside of Closed Beta, generally seems to be pretty low...

Yup, my cousin has been putting employees at US law offices out of jobs on a weekly rate. He went over there, studied their processes and trained AZNs to do the simpler routine jobs just as/more efficiently (such as gathering records) at 1/3 the cost. Every person his clients lets go at their office they replace with 2 of his. They even use stuff they usually ignore like minor attendance issues and whatever else they can find as a reason to let people go.

Of course there are bad outsourcing companies here too that just hire whoever they can pick off the street (we literally have people asking you in malls if you want a call center job) but if done well, they can match the routine workload with minimal training as long as the hiring process isn't crap. Whenever my sister comes back from training agents at those lower end outsourcing firms she always has complaints about the quality of workers and that the agents there have difficulty learning stuff that her regular agents learn in no time.

If you're gonna outsource stuff to Asia please don't pick a crap company, even if it's just for e-mail support. Posted Image

As for guides, I do see a lot of good Asian guides but there's this illusion that Asians have more free time. That's not true and there are people in other countries who can do just as good or better. It all depends if one is passionate about what they do and if they find it fun. If you like what you do, doesn't matter what country you are from, you will give it your best shot and the results will show. Posted Image

EDIT:

I just finished going through the guide and OMG. PGI could just pay this guy and buy the guide and save themselves a lot of trouble. Posted Image

Like it teaches you how to upgrade, buy a mech, buy MC and it even teaches you about the mech packs in the gift store and the difference between packs and ala carte.Posted Image

Please go to the Steam forums where it is posted and upvote it and comment :3
