Honestly I want to be able to walk around the mechbay at the very least like Star Citizen has. That not to hard to add I think. Anything less will not bring the kind of new features that are needed for Mechwarrior Online.

Also pilot character creation.

And no, I recently checked out Star Citizen and its far from ready to be played.

It every bit the arena shooter this one is but with space ships. *shrug*

More to come. And joystick absolutely required.

Perhaps since the announcement steam users are checking us out and they didn't want them to see the map so lopsided and wrongly entice people to play Clans/Davion only?

IMHO they should still follow the lore invasion waves for contested planets first....

They probably want to monetize mech bays and do not want you farming up the free ones through CW.

experience the invasion? Assuming that all of this prep they are doing for the "Steam crowd" as we like to call it means that the "Steam crowd" are new players, why would they even be NEAR CW? The wait times, complexity and general lack of fun do the the high degree of competitiveness should mean they are locked out for their own good.....

But, Russ has said this 4 or 5 times, in Town Halls, Twitter, Etc.

Thats what they did...

So you wanted Tukayyid in the middle of the week? Starting Monday and ending Wed night?

Because thats the options we had....They started it on a Friday and ended on a Sunday so everyone had the best chance to play some. Then instead of letting people take planets for 3 days (which is stupid) and then taking it all back again Thursday, creating more whine, more qq and more problems, they just left it on cooldown.

I dont see the issue....literally tomorrow you can play again.

Why even have ceasefires? Why should planets not just automatically flip after a pre-defined length of time once some conquest percentage is reached?

Of course, I'd rather they just build something better.
