I bought premium time yesterday in the gift store to give to my friend so i could duel my friend and he doesn't have it yet. How long am I supposed to wait? Where do I give it to him?

you should have been emailed a code, forward that to your friend, then have him redeem it on this site, after redeeming it he should have it ingame within 15 minutes

You will get an email code. you must email that code to him to redeem on the website here.
