So I tried to download MWO on steam.. Cause STEAM LAUNCH PARTY!!
However... it seems.. broken. Its finished, yet not really. What gives? I see people play it on steam. How come I cant run it?

Hey troubleshooting guys what causes this error?
I downloaded the Steam version then deleted the older install. I get this problem. It constantly reinstalls Microsoft.net v 4. It doesn't actually prevent the game from launching but takes 10-15 seconds every time I start the client.
