I was under the impression it was Cryengine 3.something

Remember the 3.4 upgrade fiasco? I can't remember if we have 3.4 or not...Shall I google? Nah.



MWLL used Cryengine 2 (.2?), and there are some notable differences, but that could also just be implementation.

imho cry3 in a heavily modified version, at least they said so. That makes it basically impossible to upgrade the engine. That and after karl left I doubt there's anyone left who could pull that off...
