There is no merge required, all you need to do is download/install using steam and then login using your regular login info. The first time you login from the steam copy you will be given all of the steam achievements that you've already earned. The steam copy uses the same game settings as the regular account so no reconfiguration required or anything either.

Nothing to merge, you install your game via steam, you log on your account and that's all.
If you still have your old stand-alone install both are working, and both share the same profile and config files.

I don't know, but I'd guess you will get a redeem code, which can be redeemed here on mwomercs.com, after you logged in to your MW:O account.

Hi guys.

The Steam DLC works like this.

I purchased a few of the packs, and when I logged into the game via the steam client it asked me if I wanted to redeem them on my account.

There is no code involved.

i play without steam, what do i need to do to buy this pack?

Make sure you're logged in to the account you want it to go to. Then click store, find the pack you want, click buy and it should prompt you with info. You should then get an e-mail confirming your purchase. Usually packs get infused at the beginning of every hour I believe. Make sure you have access to the e-mail you registered the account with. Otherwise if there's a problem it'll be harder to fix.
