And good thing it was quick. Finished the requirements in less than 10 matches. Boy was I glad when it was over. For some reason people kept picking Caustic on at least three matches and the NASCARing that followed was of epicly derp proportion. That's when I realized that I am probably done with Solo-Q. Been playing CW for a month now, and I am now glued to it. The level of cooperation, as well as joy of leading a pug team to victory is far sweeter in CW. Bloodying Davion noses is simply icing on the cake. Having a completely new learning experience is also awesome.

So yeah, just gotta get that out of my chest.

Pretty sure this is just an ad. But CW needs everything it can get so not that worried.

Nice! Glad that you've discovered how fun CW actually is despite the comments on the forums and the unfinished nature.

I have been playing Clan lately so... Hope I get to kill you soon! Posted Image

I got everything except the Skirmish and Assault wins during my stream this past morning (and didn't get those mostly due to a mixture of bad luck and a few mistakes). I was very surprised at how quickly most of it went. Hell, you might even say it was a... gift? Nah!

I loved the event since Steam users like me could easily do it. But dear lord it was hard to get the conquest one. Every mad and his Jenner picked Assault every dam time.

Since my return last week I joined in the battle. Only picked my contract for 2 weeks. Going to jump to another group and get more free mech bays. You know being a Merc and all, it's all about who pays the most. Never know I might be fighting at your side one week and the next I'll be slugging it out against you. I do admit I'm enjoying the faction battles way more then pubs. Though the wait for some of them can get a little bit long. Specially early or late hours.

I was one of those people. I was in my 3x AMS (with modules) ECM Kitfox for most of the challenge. Any time the enemy team had more than a couple of LRM mechs it was auto win as long as my team didn't spread out. Even had a 12-0 where I saved at least 3-4 mechs from LRM barrage by shooting them down and giving ECM when they extended too far. Most of the time I just ECM/AMS support and shoot off harassers in the first half of the match. Posted Image

The best thing I like about the Kitfox is that near the end of the match those 3 ERML and 4 MGs actually become scary. Been taking down injured marauders and direwolves while using JJs to make them hit my legs with their goose rifles and laser spam.

Tier 3 is great. Posted Image Posted Image

Skirmish for me, took me almost 25 matches to get that 3rd skirmish victory. I was hating on the mode voting system at thiis time quite heavily.

Now if PGi would just remove teh damn group queue as a pool of matches for the leader boards we will be fine, damn stat padders!
