Hi,

No played for some time, updated logged back in and all of my mechs are gone, I only have trial ones. I tried contacting you via the support page but the email link is broken.

Please help, I spent a lot of money on those mechs.

There are new sorting options for mechs, in the upper side/corner there are now options to select: trials/owned and clan/IS mechs only. Make sure that the right selection is made, so that your (own) mechs are shown.

If this is not your problem, you should contact the support through email contact.
