You are not alone, this started for me recently as well. I can play a handful of matches, then my videocard stops sending a data signal to my TV. Only way to fix is to manually restart my computer with the power button.
I am in the same boat, I have been playing multiple other much more demanding games as far as GPU and CPU workload (FO4 + multiple stressful mods). In games where it struggles to maintain 40fps it is solid as a rock.
I have done just about everything I can think of offhand. Re-seated my RAM / GPU, checked connections and swapped cables + ports on my PSU. Swapped HDMI cables. I have been monitoring GPU and CPU temps, nothing abnormal.
Edit: Things to note.
GPU is an EVGA GTX 660 Superclock. I dropped it down to "stock" 660 values, same issue.
I am still able to speak with and hear my team over TS when it stops sending data. It appears to only be the GPU that fails.
Edit 2: My blackscreen is not on load, but in the middle of matches.
Edit 3: I have wiped drivers, cleaned the registry, and reinstalled 358.91, as I know it was working properly. Will update.
Edit 4: Problem continues. Pulled GPU, reseated in my only other available PCIE slot, cleaned fan.
