I playing from Malaysia connecting to Singapore in Oceanic server
Usually my ping is around 15 to 30 compairing to SG players who's constant ping are from 2 to 10
However after a day of cleaning up my toaster and restarted my router
I believe my IP had changed and now my ping are running from occasionally 28 to as high as 200 connecting from Malaysia to Singapore.
and in order to do something about this, im requesting the server IP so i could do the Ping test from CMD to check my ping.
I have a slight feeling since back then that my provided IP from local telcos are not consistant, as in if you are lucky your internet is fast, ping is great, so is everything else. But upose reset/restart router, new IP would be assign and the ping will be **** and so does the loading. Maybe I am wrong on this one, hopefully.

on other notes, whenever i play the game in a match, i noticed occasionally some of my text arent being send tru/show up after i typed during matches

also im getting an Unknown failure when trying to sign in from the client or the steam itself
