Cannot Redeem A Purchased Mastery Pack

Hullo there.

I saw the Wolverine master pack/bundle come out today and I've been eyeing that mech ever since I started playing the game, so I bought it off the website gift store.

Now, though, it seems I can't redeem the gift code they sent me. The website says the redemption was successful, but nothing actually happens.

I've already contacted support, so I just wanted to ask, is this a regular occurence with these releases, with the website being overrun with redemption requests or something?
