I put in a ticket but just wondering if this happened to anyone else.
So in the middle of a fight my internet crapped out on me and caused me to DC but only for a split second. Still enough time for me to be killed and what not.
Upon logging back in and reconnecting I'm greeted with this little glitch
http://imgur.com/xFvcnTy
I was put into actual spectator mode like that of custom lobbies and unable to do anything except hover over the battlefield for about 3 minutes. I restarted twice while still being stuck in spectator mode, third time finally put me back in my mech.
Buuuuuuuut when I died and selected my next mech it dropped me out of the dropship...As a corpse of my previously dead mech (I literally hit the ground as a smoldering pile of metal) and it made me re-drop a different mech.
Needless to say this is a very....Odd glitch.

Sooo This Happened.

Huh, I've heard of at least two other times when CW dropships have accidentally made their way into quick play games, but they were from the perspective of other players and the dropship players were usually disconnected. It's interesting to see it from the perspective of the player it happened to.
Maybe we need to write a program to intentionally lose packets so we get a dropship
