When i searched for some builds with 4 UAC/5 almost all of them use the 000 variant.
The 000 has 3 ballistic hardpoints in each arm, you can only mount 2 UAC/5 in each of them so you waste 1 hardpoint. Why not use the 000B variant? It has 1 more energy and missile hardpoint, instead of the ballistic hardpoints you don't use anyway. Does the extra hardpoint give some bonus that I missed? Or is it the quirks?

The loyalty variant was just a KGC-000 that got given as a gift to people who spent a bunch of money a couple years ago. It is the same as the standard KGC-000 variant, it just has a custom paint job.
So, you can buy the 000 with C-Bills, but not the loyalty variant itself.

You should be able to buy the KGC-000, but the Loyalty version has a special paint job as one of the three fates of Norths mythos. Skuld, Verdandy and Urd, I wish I had gotten the loyalty Centurion, then my set would be complete...
According to Smurfy's you can buy the basic KGC-000 for around 10 million Cbills, but she will be the basic olive drab colour, and outfitted like this:
KGC-000
But getting her to a UAC/5 spewing monster is going to run you around 15 million CBills (10 for the mech, 5 for the weapons and upgrades needed)

Does the no loyalty version have the extra C-Bills quirk?

You don't necessarily have to use all the hard points. Believe me, you could run it with just the quad UAC5s and a couple backup lasers and it would be extremely deadly. I run my 000 with the stock weapon loadout and it's also a nasty customer. So don't be afraid to leave some hard points unused.

I run mine in a slightly tuned version of stock:
KGC-000, she's a real close range killer.

On the 000 I am currently running 6xAC2 (just 2 slas as pointless backup). I have only broken 1k dmg once, but the sound it makes when I get the timing just right on the three weapon groups I use (2 left, 2 right, 1 on each) is really satisfying. Dakkadakkadakka! Having around 800m range means I can often get in the fight rather fast, and the velocity increasy on the 2k m/s of the AC2 means aiming is almost like lasers. Ish. Kinda.
The 0000 is a mystery to me. Gauss just does not work anymore. I would rather run other mechs as missile boats, and it's a bit too hot for boating energy. I can't get it to work now.

The ballistic cooldown quirk on the 000B isn't as good as the 000 either. 5% vs. 10%

There is the special variant that you get in the Assault Steam performance pack though.

The Loyalty version of the Mech is a 000 and it comes with +30% c-bill earnings.
But otherwise you're right - the 000B is technically a better platform for that build since you can carry more secondary weapons.
In my case, though, I carry 2 Large Pulse Lasers as my secondary armament so the extra hardpoints don't matter. So I might as well get the +30% c-bills from the 000(L).
