If you have a spare PC or laptop, try installing the game on that temporarily (a fresh install -- don't copy your existing install over) and log in on that machine. That should at least let you figure out whether there's a problem with your account data stored in the MWO database, or a problem with the install on your local PC that the repair tool isn't catching. If you have a friend with MWO installed, you could also try logging in on their PC to see if the problem persists.
