I have perchased several of the various collections both clan and IS but i am unable to apply the special patterns that are given when perchasing the collections. I have already chosen what patterns i want but i cant get them to be put on regular mechs in game. What am i doing wrong that I cant get them on my mechs?

You can only put the patterns on the mechs from that collection for free. For mechs outside the collection, you have to pay the MC cost.

Any hero or champion mechs in the pack won't take the patterns either.

Champions will allow you to change patterns, Heroes will not, if from the more recent packs (Wave 3, Resistance 2 and IIC) the "special" pack variant can also change its camo
