A simple request for all of my pug friends out there, play as a team and not for yourself. If you play as a team and stick together you'll actually do better for yourself and everyone will benefit. Ramboing your mech doesn't get results it just gives your enemy a free kill. If you run out in the open by yourself you may as well buy a pretty ribbon to place on top your of your mech and yell "Merry Christmas!" (Oops I mean the politically correct term "Happy Holidays!")

Teamwork starts with you
Get on your voip (capslock by default)
Report what you're seeing
You don't need to say much , enemy D4 is enough to start with
That's pretty vague but it's 10000x better than silence
You don't need to lead or be a shot caller
Your just sharing data
Even if nobody responds you can be sure any information given is acted on
Get amongst it

I refuse to believe it's just Rambo syndrome, just a lapse of critical thinking. One Jenner IIC VS four of us on Forest last night. My Firestarter gets shredded and stripped of all but two ML, at which point I head to cap. Two unarmed mediums proceed to chase the Jenner trying to kick the legs off while IIC takes down a weakened HBK. They tried to catch him from G8 to our base, then back again to their rock pit base, instead of just capping. That's hardly a Rambo, although a name for the move I can't quite nail down. Charles Bronson ever shoot himself in the foot?

if i dont like my team's tactics. "let them come" is a horrible idea when you dont even know where they are. its especially a horrible idea if you are in cw and on the attacking side. i dont like campy lermy games. so i am fully pepaired to use rambo tactics to break the monotony of sadn play. the weird thing is it sometimes works. or i end up martyring myself while the "team" uses the distraction in their favor. more often than not it is as useless as all the people who hide and do nothing.
