revamp to what is seen by spectators when powered down mech.
show the timer
show mech condition/ammo/weapons

difficult to work out if a mech has gone power down for tactics or for trolling
If they have been in the fight all good
but when they shut down at the start of the map
be nice to see which of the 2 they fit into.
we don't need to see the map but at least show us their condition
