Hi,
What is the icon to the left of the faction icon in the drop preparation screen? Oftentimes it is a generic white profile icon.

Hey, that is a "badge". For the achievement of some actions, or by buying packages, you can get these badges.
On your Homescreen, you can click on the "titles/badges" tab and choose which one you want.
This badge will be used here on the forum, too. (E.g. my little trashcan under my faction icon on the left side)
