changing weather. (rain or snow) random in locations. (each drop) or even on/off during a drop

chaging visibility. Certain maps have set conditions. Like FOG - it would be nice to randomize level of fog so that the map isn't exactly the same look each time. Fog can be fun, but also can be annoying. Playing the BOG with fog and again without fog next drop would be a nice change.

Targeting. (more control over which mech is targeted)? maybe we can do this already - but I hit "R" and it seems to pick one at random. It would be nice ot have a prev/next mech to target.

OFTEN especially in fog - I can target a mech and I shoot and waste a lot of time and ammo only to find when I get closer that it's targeting a mech that is WAY BEHIND A MOUNTAIN!?!?! In heavy fog we often shoot at the center of the targeted red box... without having the vis to see the actual mech.

Little more variation or "random" generation of gravity... making us pay more attention so map specs... ie: Am I do heavy to jump jet or will I be able to jet twice as high in this map to get on top of that higher plateau / building.

Having thick fog on a few maps would be nice. I would not mind. Some players like easy quick matches. Where's the fun in that?

The best games are often beat down drawn out brawls with a sniper or two in the works. Fog would help this.
