Hello, I bought 3 Spider Mechs in order to unlock elite skills. I unlocked basic skills for every one of them, but i just want to keep the Spider-5K(in order to save mech bays slots) and i still want to have elite skills unlocked.
How can I achieve this?

Not gonna keep Spider 5D with ECM? That's historically been the reason anyone ever levels spiders at all! But if you really don't like it...
Once a variant has a skill unlocked, it stays that way forever. However understand that there are 2 walls you have to break
The 1st wall is to gain access to Elite skills, this is done by fully basic-skilling 3 seperate mechs of a chassis which you say you've done, good.
The 2nd wall is done by filling all the Elite skills of 3 mechs. This has to be done before you can get the 'master' skill which unlocks an additional module slot. Oddly enough, this wall is broken on a class by class basis so if you've done this for one family of lights, say, spiders and fully elited 3 spiders, you won't have to do this with any other light mechs and to fully master a new family of lights, like Jenners, just owning 3 variants to the point of basics is all it will take, and then unused ones can be discarded without having elited them and you can still get your module slot on the one Jenner you like.

You need to unlock all the basic of three different variant of the same mech to unlock the elite of that mech. Its costly but worth it once unlocked elite stay unlocked. Mech bay are cheap while the 5k is fun it just cannot compare to the 5D in term of usefullness, why not keep the two of them ?

the 5K is by far the best combat Spider, but I agree the 5D with its ECM is more useful to the team, however the 5V has remained, since its introduction almost 3 years ago, the absolute most mobile Mech in the game, I have all 4 Spider varients, 6 Spiders total (including the Anazi Hero Mech which I like least out of the Spiders) , and have 2 each 5D and 5K so I can have 2 different loadouts ready to go for each

Generally speaking, selling mechs is rarely a good idea. With PGI going the route of adjusting quirks/modifiers for various weapons and chassis, at some point nearly every mech will have its time in the sun.
If you're strapped for c-bills and just have to have that next chassis you're lusting after, I get it, but that will ultimately make the grind even longer to fill out your roster.

Review what PerfectDuck wrote. You will need to master all three of the Spiders if this is the first light mech you are unlocking. Otherwise, you won't be able to unlock the Addition Module Slot on the one you want to keep.
Now, once you have all three Mastered with the Module Slot unlocked, you can sell the Spiders you do not want. Good, and bad, news is that after you have these three unlocked you only need to unlock basic of three of any other light chassis. For example:
After you finished unlocking everything for the three Spiders, you decide to you want to buy Firestarters. Well, you still need to buy three of them (suggest at least FS-A and FS-S), and level all three through Basic. But now, you can sell the two and continue leveling the one you want through Elite and Master.
Of course, if you want to level any mech in the medium, heavy, or assault weight class, you will need to buy three and level them all the way through getting the Addition Module Slot.

you want them elited, as in elite finished, it does not matter about completing master, but yes unlocking the master tier is a good idea

I too find it curious that you're olay with selling the 5D. I've had the Spiders mastered since a few weeks after they came out. My 5D is my old reliable. It's the mech I keep coming back to. Granted mine has 3 mplas.

in my case I keep going back to them all, the 5V (I keep mine with XL280, 11 JJs and 2 MPLs) is the best Mech in existence for exploring a new map, and also is great for just running around in if I start getting frustrated with a loosing streak,
I take the 5K if I just want to kill stuff, I have a minor variation on the old 255, 4 MG, ERLL champion build (it started out as the champion, and is one of my few Mechs still painted in "new player green", mainly so people will see it and think trial Mech), or a more mobile version with an XL280, 6 JJs 4 MGs and a single MPL,
as for the 5Ds both have ECM and the XL255, 1 has 3 MPL, the other has ERLL and 2 ML, which I take depends on the teams stratagy, if most are snipers I take the ERLL, if there are a few brawlers, a wolf pack or if I will be on babysitting duty I take the MPLs
