In "lore" the V and VA have the same loadout; the V swapping out armor to mount an SRM-4 and the VA dropping the LRM for the SRM-4. In translating from the ON1-K to the V/VA, the ON1-V gains a ballistic HP and the ON1-VA does not. At this time, I don't believe the ON1-V needs further nerfing via scrapping the gained HP. However, the VA could certainly use the additional torso mounted HP.
