Please allow the leader of the group to promote someone to take his/her place.

Especially in CW, we have leaders who must leave and leadership falls to a new guy or someone who does not want to run the group/invitations. The group then sometimes disbands and reforms or people randomly leave to avoid leadership. It is a ridiculous situation.
