I just bought a hero mech Marauder for 15$, it's been around 15 minutes and i can't see it in my game or an email to confirm. I'm kinda worried, anyone know what to do?

Classically, you mail accounts@mwomercs.com

Chances are however, that you merely purchased a gift pack and were sent a redeemable code via email, ya know, in case you wanted to gift it.

Trust me, check your email first. Nothing like getting your first official PGI response being "You bought the gift code, not the mech just go here an redeem. Let us know if it doesn't work."

how did you order it, package or gift store?

if from the gift store Leone is correct, you would have been emailed a code to redeem, also I think you need to own one of the Marauder packs to be able to claim the Hero for now, you certainly do to get it via the Marauder page.

if you ordered it via the Marauder page it should be in your account within an hour of the payment clearing.

Yes, I think Rogue Jedi is correct - it's on a Hero add on, meaning that unfortunately you also have to own the standard or collector's pack. And if you bought from the gift store, chances are it allowed you to do it in the cases of someone wanting to gift it to another person who bought the standard/collectors pack and didn't/couldn't add the hero as well

Yes, we had that issue with a new player today as well. You can get the Hero Add On without owning standart or collectors. But you have to own one of those packages to redeem the Hero Mech.

Well, 20$ for 3 Mechs and 30 days premium is a good thing and you probably want the other Mechs to level your Hero Marauder anyway. So it is reasonable to buy the standart collection. Don't know when you can buy those Mechs for C-Bills, but I would expect something like March or April.

Well that is a bummer.. They should make it more clear so people don't buy the wrong thing. The good news is, support can help you with this, and most likely refund your money, or swap it for something you can use..

the bad news is, it's a holiday and the weekend, so no clue how long it will take. contact the Accounts section with support..


in the future, one of the easier way to buy mechs, including the heroes that are on sale now, is Buy the MC, then go in game and buy a mech through the store there..

Interesting; I tried that and it wouldn't let me a couple days ago, but I tried it on the Archer.

Sounds like you bought the Marauder hero without getting the standard Marauder pack first.

Or through the Package store, HERE?

The gift store, you were given a "CODE" that you need to place here in Redeem. That should solve your problem. Allow it 20 minutes. If you don't see it, relog in the game.
If through the package thing, you should contact support in this section.

If the above doesn't work for the giftpack thing (say it lets you redeem but still no show) or you don't want to wait and can afford to, go to the Package page Here and get the "standard pack", and as discovered in another case where they bought the hero without the rest, it delivered instantly with the standard pack.

I just bought the 20$ pack now, Heres to hoping i get it, i bought it from STORE, not gift store. Its been 5 mins. still not here 0_0

Edit: I did get an email confirmation for my pack purchase but have not gotten the mechs

Can you check your bank history?
Sometimes you'll see something like a charge followed by a refund. Check for the charge.

If it came through the giftstore did you get your code? Did you redeem it?

Contact billing support. Expect two or three days wait.

Also: You should have 3 green mechs and one green mech with yellow/gold decorations.
(Total 4 if you have the hero, only 3 if you don't).

Check "Champions" under filter.

As far as I understand it, you would have to buy the Hero in the gift shop, not on the regular page of the Marauder pack, to get the code which you can not redeem then because you do not own the standart or collectors edition.
