Very cool premise and delivery!
I think being able to enjoy MWO in a different form, at different times is great. Using a readily available play medium like a chess board and options for figures or paper structures is that much better!

A humble suggestion might be to layout the Mech and other cards so that applicable background or universe reference fiction (facts) print onto the backside of them. Possibly manufacturer or "production" notes for Mechs?

Interesting! I was going to put my cards in already owned shields so I never gave much attention to the backside...

looks cool, but not one for card games, had the battletech card game when it came out, think i still have it, it was interesting for a bit, but grew old fast, and as with all card games there is the endless expansions.

Just to add: There was a TCG/CCG a decade ago. If some1 is looking for cards, I think I still have bout 2000 of em.

Battletech TCG was a really good card game, which was stopped because of fu in WizKids brain...
