You can press "B" to open the full Map.

There's no way to see the whole map in the "minimap" in centre-bottom of your HUD, if this is what you're asking. The zoom level is fixed.

However, there's a key ( B ) to view a zoomable map of the entire map. I like to bind that to a spare mouse button to quickly get an idea about where people are.

Just be careful about it, because you can't fire weapons when it's open.
