I was talking to a few mwo players about gifting cbills and one said that it wasn't allowed because people will use new accounts to farm the 20 million cadet cbills to gift to other accounts. There is a simple fix, just enforced cbill gifting onto accounts that have above X amount of cbills. Ie. 20million, 50 million, 100 million etc.
I want to help out family and friends etc.

What if it was only allowed to accounts that were no longer cadets?
Oh well, for me the fun of the game anyway is having to work for your C-Bills. I don't think I'd enjoy receiving c-bills from someone else because I didn't earn that myself. Just the way I like to play games I guess.
