Marauder is a damn good mech. HGN IICs are mostly good for lurming.

Got both. The Marauder is starting to work out for me as I seem to get the loadouts and the tactics for it pat down. So far my early attempts on the Highlander IIC was a disaster but I see people using it on CW with some success. Worked on the Hunchback IIC and now the Orion IIC. The latter is turning to have some serious beast potential.

I flippin' love the Marauder. It's everything I hoped it would be and more. Now if they ever put out the Annihilator I'll be in heaven.

Marauders I'm finding to be very difficult to deal with, they're so tanky.. might as well be an Atlas in terms of damage soak these things pull off.

The old Inner Sphere records were wrong. The Marauder was always an 85 ton Assault, but the IS houses miss calculated the weight to 75 because...um...they are not good at math?. Anyway, the old Star League and Comstar are the only factions that knew the truth.
That is why they seem so "Tanky" for a heavy...err...or something

Marauders are the one mech I fear in my BLR. And I face down Direstars and TimberCheats with abandon.
I need to learn that cockpit location better.
