I'm not going to ask you questions. Or give you my Universal Theory To Fix MWO. Promise.
I'm just tapping the glass window to see if anyone taps back... ?

They do.
I just had a PGI member say hi to me in one of my threads within the last few weeks. They read, but don't respond much. If you want direct interaction and responses Twitter is where you'll get that.
They're more active here than in most communities though (by far)

2 for another PGI member.
Twitter gets the most responses, but not really relevant or important info.
The Community Manager doesn't really communicate on the Forums very much.

I'm just wondering if its a waste of time to put ideas out on the forums.
And I'm not doing Twitter. Its just meant as a PR platform anyway.

Occasionally there's issues that people agree upon and usually those tend the be technical in nature and obvious, like bad hitreg or lag.
This is also the first community I've seen, I still can't fathom that, where people literally complain about everything. Everything. No matter what happens to this game. Someone will find something wrong with it... EVEN FREE STUFF. This has happened several times now. I've never seen this, I've never seen players complain about free stuff.
A person could spend literally hours pointing out why these forums are no productive place. I'm not at all surprised the devs stay away. Its an exercise in masochism coming here with the hopes of having a decent conversation.

Not even read (although as Moderators they supposedly have the power to suppress that option)
My Balance thread with ~90 likes has gotten zero official response (that's what the PMs partially concern), although it is the holidays, so I won't gripe too much about it for another month or three.
After that, I'll go back to big bitter behaviour.

Yes, we do.
I mean Roadmaps have always been here, to give us an idea of things to come or changes being made. Russ is available on Twitter often, but not a great place to speak about anything honestly, other then small comments not very detailed comments.
Tina (Our New Community Manager) does do some Instagram stuff as well which gives us sneak peaks and other things.
From time to time i see Devs comment on threads, even Paul and Russ from time to time. But they are few and far between.

We do, but Tina posted roughly 3 weeks ago that she would be out on vacation during the holiday break. My guess is she'll be back and communicating with everyone next week.

Yeah, Tina is never here. Isn't that kind of her job...?

She hasn't consistently replied ever. I mean, good for her for being on vacation but it's not like she's a daily presence when she's punched in.
