Why Ebon Jaguar only have XP quirks??? Im playing with a Nova that i do very good work with it,however im planning to adquire an Ebon Jaguar on forward (when i elite my Nova) but i see that doesnt have weapons quirks,only XP quirks. Why this???

Because it has a large number of high mounted hardpoints, a swift clan XL, and fairly good hitboxes. It doesn't need any weapon quirks to compete.
EDIT: Since you're newish I'll add some context. The quirk system was added to the game in order to shore up some chassis' or variants that weren't performing at the same level as others. Rather than nerf the better mechs in the game (well, some nerfing did happen) they elected to give underperforming mechs special quirks. For mechs that were already good, there aren't generally any quirks.

Honestly, the EBJ is in a good place, massive damage dealer for its weight.
