afternoon will be 300+ and it will crawl slowly up
10pm-12am = 500-600ms
1am to 3am onwards it will slowly drop to normal (230)

Hmmmmm.......
Been getting terrible latency to NA for M1 for nearly a month as well..
Initially though this was an M1 only problem but hmmm.. Seems like it might not be.
What I noticed was there is issue with the routes that used to from M1 through to OVH via Coresite Any2 Internet Exchange.

Digging around....
Found out there is a submarine cable fault that broke the connectivity between Coresite Any2 to M1.
No wonder it is taking so, long to fix... At least good to know it temporarily....
No sure if other Singapore ISP is affected by the same issue.
Normal latency for M1 to NA is 232-239ms.

Well..
Issue seems to have been fixed. Getting my usual 230-250+ Ping to NA again.
