1) allow a check box when forming a CW group to enable "Hard Mode"
2) once enabled, the team must be filled with 8 people (not more or less) to launch
3) on drop, it will be 8 versus 12 (or 8 if the other team also selected hard mode)
4) same tonnage limits, number of mechs, on hard mode

If the other team has 12 people, they also get a +25% c-bill bonus because there are less c-bill earning actions available)
