then i suppose my next questions are, how many tons is an assault admin, and do they have ballistic slots?

One energy slot at the front and a heavy thumper missile slot at the back (plus the usual admin 360° infinite range radar).

I think there may be a medium admin, a heavy admin, and an assault admin, who will lay significantly more smack-down as they become necessary.
