Played the Demo back in the day, and despite not understanding half of what was going on due to me being 13 and not having learned english yet - it was a blast! Although it felt a little overwheling at times.

Roughly 20 years later, i bought full game yesterday. And surprise: It still is amazing!!! Posted Image

The ammount of features they crammed into this little gem is astonishing. If only it was released around DirectX 7 times, it would´ve still knocked the modern competition straight outta the water.

-many picture to picture options in cockpit (drones, squadmates, 360° view, etc.)
-thermal vision
-did i mention drones?
-smoke blocking laser beams
-enthralling sp capaign
-role warfare (just did my 1st scout mission without being detected)
-etc.

If you have any love for mecha type games in you and can cope with the somewhat dated graphics, you got to give this one a try. Also it´s a steal at the current discounted price of 1.49€

I recorded this a year ago playing it in dosbox using a real Roland SC-55 sound canvas--the music how it was meant to be heard! I've got custom CRT emulation I implemented through dosbox too which gives it that authentic, oldschool feel. Fullscreen HD for all the goodness.

Enjoy.

It is a great game that more folks should play.

The version from my original CD from the 90s does have a weird bug, though. The multipulsar goes right through enemies and doesn't hurt them.
