Just to verify does the blocked pilot show up at the bottom of your friends list in red as blocked?

Had it happen the other night with a particular annoying troll. Blocked him, finished the match, loaded the next match and he was already yammering away in that one. I had to unblock and then block him again to not hear his constant garbage on VOIP.
