My raven 3L wont show the 1st slot consumable in game, nor is it usable (cant fire my uav) is is equipped in the mechlab along with ecm. Removing the ecm/arty still wont enable the first consumable slot in game. It has arty in the 2nd consumable slot, all other module slots are used (radar dep, arty accuracy etc etc)
Did you try SAVING the empty loadout after stripping and THEN rebuilding the 'mech ?
Also, a while back there were several posts here about screwed up consumables. I don't recall the specifics but it had something to do with the order the modules were placed onto the 'mech.

When i hold the jj's over the lip of the wall/face (very sorry, downhill mtb lingo there) you get boosted another seemingly random distance up with no jj use. its not such an issue because its controllable if you have jj power left in the tank, but if you dont, i have seen and landed a 112m/s jump off a small building *ouch*.
it also will intermittently yield the same results off a small hop but seems to be more common with the larger hops/sharp lipped obstacles when you get to the end of your jump capacity.

That seems to be a pretty much gobal problem for lights/fast mediums with JJs and has something to do with terrain collisions + networking troubles (high-ping players being more prone to it than others). It's been reported several times over the last couple of months but there was no word on any fix for it, as far as I know.
