Only ECM IS heavy is the Catapract. Only version that jumps (D) does not have ECM.

If I were you I would try the Griffin, but alas, no chicken legs. If that is a deal breaker, then you have to look at the Cicada, but the ECM version there has no jump as well.

The GRF-2N is the only IS mech to have ECM and JJs that I can think of.

Legs... well... they are... erm.... legs... :P

IS really doesn't have a lot of chicken legs. That aside, the Griffen with ECM really is awesome, if you like SRMs. The blackjack is another great medium with jets but no ECM either. ECM is definitely nice but it's pretty overrated by new players because they don't know how to position against LRMs.

I have tried and like both the Black Jack And the Griffin . . . Guess I wanted it all . . . Something along the lines of a Shadow cat, but without the Space {Godwin's Law}, breed in a test tube thing going on . . . I cant get passed the one arm with no weapons thing with the Griffin though . . . I know the theory, use it as a shield . . . but dam a laser in that paw would be useful!

Having weapons in both arms is overrated. If you want to min max you load up one side for maximum convergence and terrain avoidance as well as the ability to use the off side as a shield.

The Inner Sphere is rather light on the Chicken-Walker designs in general (too bad because it is my favorite design).

It's tricky because there aren't any IS mechs that covers all those bases.

If you are a hill hopper fire support player with the Ravens, maybe a Catapult for high weapon hardpoints (K2: no JJs and Jester: JJs, speedy potential, MC hero only). No Catapult has ECM. I'd also recommend the Jagermech. It has good high weapons, but no JJs and no ECM as well.

The Cataphract has an ECM variant and has reverse joint legs (although a more humanoid torso). It has a JJ variant and a good hero (Ilya Muromets). It does also have very low mounted hard points in the arms, but most have shoulder mount energy. It is tanks, but not terribly quick...normally.

The assaults are even more limited in your criteria IMO. You could go King Crab (Chicken-Walker) but low arms, no JJs, rather slow. The Atlas has an ECM variant, but humanoid, no JJs, normally slow as well.

Lots of compromises are needed to pick your next machine. Someone said Cicada. That might be a choice close to your Raven in performance but a bit larger and tougher. If you are willing to go to a lighter medium, I'd consider it.

Basically what the IS needs (closer to your criteria) is a Budhwacker or Champion (not technically a chicken-walker, but the torso matches that type).

As most everyone has pointed out, the combo of ECM, JJs, and chicken legs, well, the best you're going to get is 2 out of 3 on a single mech IS side. If you're used to Ravens, a Cicada should probably work pretty well for you, since it's basically only 5 tons away from being a light.

Anyway, there's lots of fun mechs IS side to choose from, Shadow Hawks, Hunchbacks, and if you don't mind spending money, the Maulers and Marauders have been pretty solid too. And of course King Crabs are always entertaining, and even though my Atlases have been shelved for a while they can definitely hold their own.

Stalkers are decent as well, I used them on my IS account to rack up some C-bills in CW during events. They're surprisingly tanky if you run STD engines, and can pack more firepower than your heatload can handle. On an account with limited resources, they worked really well for me, I'll just put it that way.
