Hi, testing Radeon Crimson 16.1 Drivers i found that the Voting Screen Flicker has gone.

The game runs well at pretty High to Very High settings (Post Processing + Environment on Low) and if you remove the Voting for a Pre-Selection Screen with a Soft/Hard Selection based on Premium Time disabled/enabled regarding to Matchmodes and bring back random Map selection Quick Play would be worth playing again.
