Did a quick google search and a forums search for this suggestion, didn't see it.

I would REALLY like to make it a lot easier to ready up/see who is ready in group windows without having to open/close the social window each time.

Maybe instead of graying out the Quick Launch button for non-leader players in a group it changes to 'Ready' instead.
