Currently I 'am of the opinion that Clan ER LL are not worth considering for builds using large energy weapons. I have two reasons for this statement.
1.The burn time is too long at 1.5 seconds (This a long time to be exposed while trading at range and it means the opponent can spread the damage easily).
2. Only 2 can be fired at once without a heat spike (Its hard to offset the burn time with a high damage burst).
Personally I think the problem could resolved with a shorter burn time like 1.3 or 1.35 seconds. If anyone else has an idea or a different opinion please share below.

Burn time. Has to be around 0.85s to be viable again (as per any other overquirked IS mech). No need to adjust Ghost heat on them in that case.
Or 1s and 3 per alpha.
If nothing of these - it's better to bring LPL
