I check and the server says ONLINE
I check stats chart and people is playing

wtf?

this happens from yesterday and today too, i tried 50+ times but always the same message.

Im loosing the 7 days of premium time ¬¬

HELP!!


Im close to abandon this game, really, there is a LOT of games to play

I think no one here will be able to help you. Better contact support. I played yesterday without severe problems. Had a funny failure at the weekend though "An error occured. The lobby has been destroyed." Without any crash though, couldnt help but had to giggle, PGI drama queen.

I am from germany. Played between 20 - 22 pm yesterday and had no real issues.

20-22 pm in germany(+1) is = 24-02hs in argentina(-3), i tried many times at that hour, until now that is 8:19 am, i play normal lastime yesterday and dont modify any file.
My brother account tried and is the same, cant connect

Australia here. Can't even go to the mwo site, much less log in. Doing this from my phone which is strangely unaffected

success, the fix was changing the DNS to the openDNS, i had automatic dns in my wireless network conection and until 2 days ago was working fine and playing, tried changing to google dns and dont work (8.8.8.8 , 8.8.4.4). but through mails with technical support tried the dns of openDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220) in ipv4 and worked.
Hoping that fix that coz before the problem that cant connect, not many people change that.
