I hope they are just backlogged because I sent ticket to account and general support 4 days ago. It should be pretty high on priority list. last time I had issue they were really helpful and nice(and fast) so I hope they don't disappoint this time. I guess tweeting is last resort thing so I will hold up on that but if nothing changes it is worth a try.

Well yeah it is their fault and I can bet that they are aware that this can happen it is impossible not to be.
