if we need to reduce then number of buckets (planets) in cw to promote faster matches
why not select borders instead of planets

this would promote any fight between factions in said border dispute

as it is we don't get to choose attack or defence really as you get counter attack on defense

If we make it border selection the number of buckets reduce significantly

my 2c on CW atm
